Whole School Sing-Along

It has been a tradition here at Porters Point School to have our annual whole school Sing-Along the last day of school before December break.  This year it will be on Wednesday, December 21 beginning at 1:45 pm.  Seating/space is limited.  Ms. Mutz prepares a Power Point with the song lyrics which encourages the children to read as well as helps everyone learn the words to the songs.  This really is a sing-along, rather than a concert.  All in attendance are encouraged to sing along!

Kindergarten students explored xylophones and metallophones with this poem: 

Way up high in an apple tree

Two little apples

Smiled at me

I shook that tree as hard as I could

Down came the apples

Mmmmmm, were they good!
